EBCRC RLF Program
The Defense Conversion Revolving Loan Fund (DC RLF) is an alternative loan program, which is operated by the East Bay Conversion and Reinvestment Commission (EBCRC).
The DC RLF is currently funded by the United States Department of Commerce, the Economic Development Administration (EDA), the California Business, Transportation and Housing Agency, and Bank of America.
The DC RLF is designed to make small business loans to minority, women owned, disabled, veteran and other small businesses located or locating on a former military base in Alameda County. These loans will help small businesses stabilize their business operations and expand their market share and profitability.
