Entrepreneurial Training Programs
Entrepreneurial Training Panel (ETP) is a California State agency that began in 1983 and is designed to fund training that meets the needs of employers for skilled workers and the need of workers for good, long-term jobs.
ETP funding is available for small businesses, businesses in high unemployment areas, and the training of unemployed workers. ETP contracts with employers, training agencies, and workforce investment boards and one stop centers. Nor-Cal FDC is proud to announce its participation in the ETP program.
